This is a 20 minute practice to gently nourish your energy when you’re feeling low. It starts lying on the mat but you can do this from lying on your bed if needed.
You might do this practice if you feel sluggish when you get up in the morning or if you’re exhausted by your day but not quite ready to go to bed yet.
It’s an excerpt from a class so ends without much warning from child’s pose. Just take your time coming up to sitting, and then standing at the end. As always, I suggest taking a few moments to connect with how you feel before you continue with your day.
