I also offer individual sessions that are tailored to you and your needs. If you struggle to get to a group class or if you have needs that are too complex to be met in a group class, these sessions are perfect for you. Ideally you will commit to a home practice in between meetings. This could be anything from 15-30 minutes of yoga and should be at least 3 times a week.
What to expect:
During our initial session we will discuss your needs, your current situation, your experience of yoga so far (none necessary) and what you hope to get from an individual practice. We will go through a yoga practice together to ensure you’re getting the most out of each posture. This will leave you feeling relaxed and gently energised and set you up for your home practice.
Before you leave I will give you a written plan tailored to you that you can practice at home. The sessions cost €50 and last over an hour.
Follow up Sessions
Follow up sessions cost €40 and include a new yoga practice. This will be based on how you’ve found the previous practice, any changes in how you feel and will be a development of what you’ve already achieved. These will usually take place around 4 weeks after the first meeting.
