The Online Yoga Membership is designed to give you a low-effort way to bring some movement and calm into your life. My goal in teaching yoga is to support you to live your life with more ease, more energy and more joy. I frankly don’t give a damn how you look in a bikini, (I suspect you are already bloody wonderful just as you are) but maybe you need an hour out of your week simply to feel a bit better – getting stronger and calmer in the process.

The live classes are on Wednesdays at 6pm and Thursdays at 10am but the recordings are emailed out immediately after class so you can catch up if you miss class.

There is a lovely community of people in the membership from all around Europe and I am always available after class to chat and answer questions.

My yoga classes are always tailored to lift your mood, as well as build strength and improve your joints. Many people report feeling calmer, sleeping better, having less pain and becoming more mobile. If that sounds good then join today for just €35 a month (low income option available).

As always, I’ll include lots of tools for dealing with stress, reducing anxiety and improving mood as we move through Autumn. If you haven’t done yoga for a while, this is a great chance to get back into, or start your yoga journey with a teacher who cares about your progress and makes you feel welcome and at ease.

You will be able to join a live class for three weeks in every month, with the opportunity to have a chat with me and ask any questions after each class. As I mentioned there’s a lovely sense of community in the classes and people join from all around the country, and across Europe too! In the fourth week of the month, you can catch up with a previous class or practice the free bonus video, where I explore an aspect of that month’s theme.

The (in)famous Rosie dog regularly makes an appearance to shower pure cuteness on proceedings and your pets are very welcome too. My students tell me they really love not having to go anywhere for their yoga, especially as the nights draw in and the weather turns. Some of them regularly practice in their pyjamas and feel much more relaxed knowing they don’t have to worry about anyone seeing them. You’re very welcome to turn your camera off or on, as suits you.

FAQs

What if I miss a class?

Don’t worry if you miss a class, you’ll get the recording to do in your own time and I’m always an email away if you have any questions. The recordings are available for the whole month and you’ll have a chance to catch up in the fourth week, or repeat your favourite!

By the last week of every month, you’ll also be sent a short practice video to do at home that relates to the theme of the month.

How will I know if I’m doing it right?

Uniquely for online classes, you also get the opportunity for some 1:1 time with me. A 40 minute session is available for you to book at your own convenience every term (3 months). You can ask me to explain anything yoga related, give you a short practice to do on your own, or even just have a bonus relaxation session 🙂

What if I’m not very fit?

You can go completely at your own pace, and if you feel self-conscious about having the camera on it’s no problem to turn it off during the class. You’ll still be able to see me and I always give lots of options so everyone can have a go. I also stick around at the end of every class so people can ask questions and let me know how they found the class.

I encourage everyone in my classes to think carefully about whether they need to intensify or ease off in a pose each week. I often use a chair or take the less intensive version of a pose as I strongly believe that working from a happy, confident place is the way to make progress in yoga.

Class information:

Each class includes movement with the breath to mobilise and ease out the body before we settle for a meditative relaxation session. Most classes finish with a short, seated breathing practice.

Payment is by monthly subscription and costs €35 a month. No payments are taken during December, April and August when the live classes are paused. As long as you remain a member, you’ll still have access to class recordings and video bonuses during these breaks.

Beginners, all genders and all bodies are very welcome in my classes. If you can breathe, you can do yoga! Please get in touch if you have any concern about your ability to practice yoga. I’m happy to answer your questions.
