NEW Yoga Cello Workshop
“Begin Again – Start afresh with the coming of Spring”
– 4pm Sunday 23rd of February in Waterville!
I have just opened bookings for my next Yoga Cello Workshop –

Join me to honour the incoming Spring energy. A chance for you to start afresh with your hopes and plans for 2025.
This unique experience blends supported yoga poses with the soulful resonance of live cello. Each piece of music has been carefully selected to support the experience of the pose.
We’ll explore how intentional movement, breathwork, and music can help ground and nourish you. You’ll be ready to enter Spring with renewed energy and hope.
Hot drinks, and delicious cakes & snacks are also included.
4pm – 6pm, Sunday 23rd of February
Tech Amergin, Waterville, Co Kerry
**Please note that I’m unable to offer refunds or credit, so be sure you’re able to attend before you book!**
It is possible to transfer your space. Ensure you send the name, number and email of the updated attendee a minimum of 24 hours before we start!
It’s time for you to:
- Release stress
- Practice self-kindness
- Reduce tension
- Increase ease
- Rest & Restore
What to expect
To start our time together, we’ll do some very restful yoga poses using blankets and cushions to support you and explore what helps you feel relaxed, known as Restorative yoga. There’ll be time to write down anything you have learned and want to remember, as well as the opportunity to share your experience with a group of like-minded souls.
You’ll also be encouraged to feel compassion for yourself through simple meditation and visualisation practices. My guiding principle when I teach is for people to feel safe, included and comfortable. We will work at a pace that suits everybody and you don’t need any yoga experience to join.
After delicious snacks, we’ll continue with a meditation called Yoga Nidra from a comfortable lying position. This will be especially written to follow the theme of the day and help you prioritise your own needs and desires. It will also help to soothe your nervous system and allow feelings of self-compassion to arise.
This guided meditation will be recorded and sent to you afterwards to listen to again as often as you like.
During my events, I always invite people to remain quiet if they wish and I request that others respect this. Interaction is supported but you won’t be pressured to do anything you don’t want to. If you have any questions, please contact me louise@louiseyoga.com
