Let me help you manage your transition into the darker months of the year with tranquility, self-compassion – and a plan!
This workshop will help you access deep rest to nourish and ground you at this time of transition into darker days. You will be invited to reflect on the joyful moments of summer and supported to wish it farewell (until next year!) with a simple communal ritual.
Guided through gentle, lying yoga postures, you will be prompted to reflect on this seasonal transition, and supported to find ways to feel resourced, rested and joyful in the months ahead.
We’ll share hot drinks and a treat (gluten-free & vegan), plus a special ‘mocktail’ containing a tonic to aid rest and relaxation.
To finish, you’ll be guided into a meditative relaxation session called ‘yoga nidra’ to leave you feeling inspired, restored and very relaxed.
No need for any yoga experience and all sizes and shapes are very welcome*.
By the end of the of your time with us you’ll be ready to move into Winter with serenity and joy, equipped to make the most of nature’s down time.
*Although the poses are lying down, we may be able to accomodate those who find it challenging to get up and down from the floor. Please contact me to discuss the possibilities.
