Getting the most out of your private yoga class – pre-class form

Please complete this form in advance of your class to help me tailor a practice that meets your current needs and preferences. This works best if there’s only 1 or 2 of you, but I will do my best even for small groups of varying needs and abilities. There are no expectations of previous experience, and you don’t have to be fit or flexible to enjoy a yoga class with me. All the information requested is to help me give you the safest and best experience possible.
