From Wednesday 30th September – Tuesday 6th October 2026, I’ll be returning to the idyllic Spanish mountain retreat center Vale De Vida in South Spain. The SUPER early bird price of €995 is currently available to book with just a €300 deposit.
A chance to soak up some Spanish sun & dive into yoga to restore and replenish yourself before Winter arrives. Imagine waking up to a gentle yoga flow to ease you into the day, followed by a scruptious freshly prepared breakfast on the terrace.
In the afternoon you can lounge by the pool or book a gorgeous massage with experienced massage therapists who come out to the venue on rest days. Trips to Malaga and to the nearby lakes will be offered on two of the days but there will be plenty of time to rest, read and recharge.
Sample Day:
- 8.30am – Morning yoga class
- 10.00am – Breakfast
- Free time – Pool, gardens, a stroll around the grounds — the day is yours
- 2.00pm – Lunch
- 3.00pm – Sauna or steam room open
- 6pm – Evening yoga class
- 7.45pm – Dinner
We also build in a couple of optional day trips — a chance to explore the area if the mood takes you. These are at an additional cost and completely optional. Full details and pricing will be confirmed by May; anyone already booked will be the first to hear!
All meals will be cooked and provided for you. Accomodation is dotted around the site so you can choose whether you will soak up the feeling of being in nature from a teepee or select a room in the renovated cortijo.

A day in Malaga (€20 approx)
Culture, wandering & tapas – We’ll get you to the train station and from there it’s a short ride into the heart of one of Spain’s most vibrant cities. Spend the day as you please — the Picasso Museum, the old town, the markets, a long lunch by the beach, or simply a coffee in a sunny plaza watching the world go by.
Lunch is on you, which is half the fun. Malaga has brilliant food at every price point. We’ll arrange a meet-up time and get you back for the evening class.
A day in the Andalucian countryside (€30-€40)
We’re currently deciding between a few brilliant options for our second trip day — lakes, gorges, whitewashed villages… there’s so much on the doorstep. We’ll confirm the full details and pricing in May.
Either way, it’ll be a gorgeous day out. Anyone already booked will be consulted on what sounds most appealing!
