Yoga Classes In Person

Waterville – 10.30am Tuesdays -Restarting October 2023.

**Please note that I’m unable to offer refunds, so please be sure you want to come before you book!** You can however transfer your space to a friend if you let me know their name, number and email beforehand.

My yoga classes are:

  • suitable for all levels, including beginners
  • health (rather than fitness) oriented
  • friendly to all shapes and sizes.

Venues and times


10.30am Mondays at The Community Hall, Caherdaniel

You can book in for a single class for €15, any week.


10.30am Tuesday

We’ll work on reducing stress and stiffness with mindful movement and building strength in any weaker muscles. It really makes a difference if you can attend weekly so I encourage people to block book if they can.

If there is space, you are welcome to drop in to classes for €15. I will open the class for one off bookings 24 hours in advance.

You will need…

  • a mat
  • a block or cushion to sit on
  • a blanket to cover you in relaxation and to use as a prop
  • to wear comfortable layers of clothing
  • bottle of water
  • your already perfect self 🙂
