Travel & Food

Please aim to land at MALAGA airport by 1pm on the 30th. If you come the day before, we’ll meet at MALAGA CENTRO train station 11am on the 30th. We’ll travel together and will be met by our transport out to the venue. The retreat finishes at 11am on the 6th and we will arrange transport in 2 groups to get you to the airport. Latest check out time is 1pm.
Please let us know your dietary needs
Meal times will be eaten together and served as a group. Food will be a mix of vegetarian with some options of meat and fish. Please note we are unable to cater for food preferences.

The following health conditions can impact on your yoga practice and may mean we need to avoid certain postures or breathing practices. Please indicate any areas that are an issue for you right now.
I confirm the above information is correct. I understand that it is my responsibility: to check with my doctor if I have any concerns about my ability to do yoga or attend this retreat, to advise the yoga teacher of any change in my medical information, and to follow the advice given by my doctor and/or yoga teacher. I understand that I undertake this yoga retreat at my own risk & I will take out appropriate insurance to cover any medical care I might need while away.(Required)
