We’ll be starting in September with “Back to Basics – breath, awareness & a calm(er!) mind”. This is a chance to get back into, or start your yoga journey with a teacher who cares about your progress and makes you feel welcome and at ease.

You will be able to join a live class three weeks in every month, with the opportunity to have a chat with me and ask any questions after each class. There’s a lovely sense of community about the classes and people join from all around the country, overseas too! In the fourth week of the month, you can catch up with a previous class or practice the free bonus video, where I explore an aspect of that month’s theme.

What if I miss a class?

Don’t worry if you miss a class, you’ll get the recording to do in your own time and I’m always an email away if you have any questions. The recordings are available for the whole month and you’ll have a chance to catch up in the fourth week, or repeat your favourite!

By the last week of every month, you’ll also be sent a short practice video to do at home that relates to the theme of the month.

How will I know if I’m doing it right?

Uniquely for online classes, you also get the opportunity for some 1:1 time with me. A 40 minute session is available for you to book at your own convenience every term (3 months). You can ask me to explain anything yoga related, give you a short practice to do on your own, or even just have a bonus relaxation session 🙂

The famous Rosie dog regularly makes an appearance to shower pure cuteness on proceedings and your pets are very welcome too. My students tell me they really love not having to go anywhere for their yoga, especially as the nights draw in and the weather turns. Some of them regularly practice in their pyjamas and feel much more relaxed knowing they don’t have to worry about anyone seeing them. You’re very welcome to turn your camera off or on, as suits you.

Autumn dates 2023:

Wednesday class 6pm; Sept 6th – November 29th

Thursday class 10am; Sept 7th – November 30th

Payment and classes will be paused during December 2023 while I take a break from teaching. All class recordings will remain available to members during the break.

We restart in early January 2024. Dates to be confirmed.

Class information:

Mark the transition from day to evening with an hour dedicated to your well-being.

Each class includes movement with the breath to mobilise and ease out the body before we settle for a meditative relaxation session. Most classes finish with a short, seated breathing practice.

Payment is by monthly subscription and costs €35 a month.

Instead of collapsing on the sofa to scroll away your evening, find the energy to enjoy the rest of your day and prepare for the next.

If you’d prefer to drop in for the occasional class, the cost is €15.

Beginners, all genders and all bodies are very welcome in my classes. If you can breathe, you can do yoga! Please get in touch if you have any concern about your ability to practice yoga. I’m happy to answer your questions.
