It can be done any time of day and is a good balance of strengthening and stretching.

This is a very gentle, nourishing practice done from lying in bed or on your mat – 20 minute practice – need mat and blanket.
A gentle energy boost for when you’re feeling sluggish on waking up in the morning.
March:
Breathing practice from sitting, with some arm movements – 15 minutes
Nourishing energy boost for any time of day (not near bedtime).
