Calming yoga sequence to help you sleep

Pre-bed or evening sequence with ‘legs up the wall’ pose – 15-20 minutes

For the first 4-5 minutes I explain what space and props are needed. Then there’s 15 minutes of gentle relaxing movement and pure, supported, lying down relaxation. Yay! I hope you enjoy it!
