Louise Yoga Retreat 2026 — Terms & Conditions
Retreat dates: Wednesday 30th September – Tuesday 6th October 2026
Venue: Valle de Vida, Malaga, Spain

1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of €300 is required to secure your place on the retreat. Your booking is only confirmed once this deposit has been received.
The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, except in the event that Louise Yoga cancels the retreat entirely (see Section 4).
2. Payment Schedule
The following payment schedule applies to all bookings:
- Deposit: €300 — due at time of booking
- Second payment: €400 — due on or before 1st June 2026
- Final balance (remaining amount) — due on or before 1st August 2026
If you would like to set up a monthly payment plan, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you, provided all payments are completed by 1st August 2026.
Failure to make payments by the above dates may result in your place being released to another guest.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the following terms apply:

| Between 2–4 months before the retreat (1st June – 31st July 2026) | €700 |
| Less than 2 months before the retreat (after 1st August 2026) | Full cost of the retreat |
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed after the retreat has taken place.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation, as we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
4. Cancellation by Louise Yoga
In the unlikely event that Louise Yoga needs to cancel the retreat, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund of all monies paid will be issued.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the cost of the retreat. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase a suitable travel insurance policy covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings before travelling.
6. What’s Included
The retreat price includes:
- Shared outdoor dome or pod accommodation for 6 nights (shared bathroom facilities)
- All yoga and meditation classes
- All meals, tea, coffee and water
- Access to the heated outdoor swimming pool
- Access to the steam room and sauna
- A cinema night by the pool
7. What’s Not Included
The following are not included in the retreat price and are the responsibility of the participant:
- Flights
- Upgrade to indoor cortijo room (available at an additional cost)
- Single room supplement (€25 per night)
- Airport transfers (approximately €35 each way)
- Optional day trips to Malaga or the Lakes (approximately €30–40)
- Travel insurance
- Massages or additional treatments
8. Accommodation
Accommodation is based on shared outdoor domes or pods with shared bathroom facilities. A limited number of indoor cortijo rooms are available for an additional supplement. Room allocation will be confirmed closer to the retreat date.
9. Health & Wellbeing
By booking onto the retreat, you confirm that you are in good health and that there is no medical reason why you should not participate in yoga or other activities offered. If you have any injuries, health conditions or concerns, please inform Louise before the retreat so that classes can be adapted appropriately.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By paying your deposit and booking onto the Louise Yoga Retreat 2026, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
