Terms and Conditions Deposit
An initial non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of either €150.00 or agreed amount if using a payment plan. With a completed copy of the Confirmation of attendance Form, is required to secure a place on the Spain Valle de Vida retreat with Louise Weinzweig and Emma Churchill scheduled for Thursday 2nd October – Wednesday 8th October 2025 . A second payment of €500 (non-refundable and non-transferable) is required by 2nd June 2025. Any remaining balance is due on or before 2nd August 2025
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Cancellation policy is firm. Payment of non-refundable/non-transferable deposit and remaining balance for the Spain Retreat with Louise Weinzweig and Emma Churchill indicates agreement with the conditions contained in this document. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason the following terms will apply:
Within 2 months of the retreat taking place, i.e. after 2nd August – loss of total cost. Between 2-4 months of the retreat taking place, loss of €650. 4 months before the retreat loss of €150.
Refunds will be processed after the retreat with Louise Weinzweig and Emma Churchill has taken place.
Balance of Payment
Balance is due:
1st payment of £300 is due, on or before, 2nd June (4 months before)
Remaining balance is due, on or before, the 2nd August (2months before) or as agreed if using a payment plan.
In the very unlikely event of the retreat being postponed/delayed all costs will be transferred to another retreat or refunded.
Insurance
As it is a holiday in another country it is strongly recommended that you take out adequate insurance for sickness, accidents, cancellations and loss/damage to property. Any damage caused by you to the property, will have to be paid for.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of injury, illness, theft or disruption to the programme during the retreat. Emma Churchill, Louise Weinzweig and Valle De Vida are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property, or for any injury or illness sustained during the retreat. Please check with your own GP that you are well enough to attend the holiday (the break is designed for total beginners to experienced practitioners) but if you are unsure, it is best to check.
