This is a recording of a live workshop that is in 2 parts.
It starts with a short, gentle sequence designed to ease out your lower back when it’s sore and feeling seized up.
I’ll then take you through some back strengthening work that will help prevent lower back pain in the future. The workshop finishes with a relaxation session.
