Common questions about my online yoga membership

FAQs

Are the online classes suitable for beginners?

  • Yes, my classes are suitable for everyone.  You don’t need to be fit or flexible to join our yoga community online. The postures will be focused on strengthening work, to help us get fitter and more mobile, and relaxation to help us rest and increase our energy levels. Please let me know before class if you have any injuries or health issues so I can be sure to suggest appropriate alternatives for you.

What if I can’t make the live class?

  • No worries! I know life happens and sometimes it’s just not possible to attend the live class. The recordings of the classes will be available for the entire month so you can catch up at a time that suits you best.

What will I need to have at home for the class?

  • A yoga mat, a blanket, a small cushion and an extra layer of clothing for the relaxation poses.  If you do have a bolster or yoga block it’s a good idea to have them handy, but they are definitely not essential.

How do I access the class from home?

  • The classes are delivered via Zoom and you will be sent an email containing a link to the classes at the beginning of each month. I also send a reminder every Wednesday evening and pop it in the WhatsApp group chat just before we start. I’ve got you covered!
  • The bonus videos are hosted on my website and members are able to access them with a password that changes every month. You get an email to tell you about each new video as it gets added, along with that month’s password.

What are the 3 key benefits to regularly practicing yoga?

  • Increases energy levels and helps to calm the mind
