My next workshop takes place on Sunday, February 25th at 4pm. In February, we start to see signs of life returning to nature around us. Let me help you access rest and gently recover your energy with a special 2 hour workshop.
I will guide you through relaxing, restorative yoga accompanied by live cello from local musician Miriam Courtney. I will first guide you through supported poses, all lying down or seated, followed by a hot drink and a treat (gluten free & vegan).
To finish, you’ll be guided into a meditative relaxation session called ‘yoga nidra’ to leave you feeling inspired, restored and very relaxed. By the end of the of your time with us you’ll feel an ease and spaciousness to take into the rest of February and into Spring.
