Creating Space with the Breath

A low energy time for me as the stresses of the past few weeks caught up with me, boo!

I missed (ignored!) the warning signs my body and brain were sending and it suddenly hit me when I went to rest yesterday afternoon. I was exhausted and in pain and needed to rest immediately.

So Wednesday evening’s class was cancelled but after a quiet evening and good night’s sleep, I managed to teach this morning. So I will teach a Wednesday class in the 4th week! That’s partly why that space in the schedule is there after all 🙂

And talkiing of space…that’s where we focused our attention this week. We imagined the inhale finding and opening space. Then maintaining that space as we exhaled.
