Short, relaxing Yoga for Digestion sequence

This 15 minute practice is an excerpt from a longer class that was all about reducing the affects of stress on the body. As I’m sure you know, stress is definitely not helpful for digestion!
Included here are some gentle movements and a restorative twist to massage your abdomen and relax you. So lay out your mat, grab a cushion off the sofa (or a couple of pillows) and a blanket, and get ready for some lovely movement.
